    Delivery Specialist

    Nature of Work:
    Will load and unload vehicles/trucks and deliver equipment in full or partial loads working with dispatcher/delivery coordinator and delivery assistant. Must service customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner. May be required to assist customers with reservations, contracts, questions, register transactions and order adjustments if necessary. Working Conditions: May be exposed to the general range of weather experienced in the area, with the exception of several hours in the warehouse loading or unloading and drive time. Some work areas may not be heated or air conditioned and conditions outside which vary from day to day. This job requires constant interaction with co-workers and with the public. This position requires frequent lifting and a significant degree of walking, bending, stooping, crouching, lowering, reaching, twisting, pulling, pushing, carting, and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions. May possibly have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene and cleaning solvents. Some electrical equipment is delivered, although it is not a requirement to install or service the equipment. If lighting is required (the installation of extension cords and lamps) the drivers are provided with ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFI) breakers.

    Education, Skills & Requirements:

    • A high school diploma is preferred or equivalent GED
    • Must be able to lift approximately 85 lbs
    • Must have full range of motion and dexterity
    • Must maintain a valid driver’s license
    • Must be familiar with local roads and be able to read a road map
    • Must be skilled in driving a truck with trailer and box truck
    • Must consent to and pass Motor Vehicle Records report in accordance with Insurance policies
    • Must possess customer relation skills
    • Must maintain a professional personal appearance
    • Must wear company logo uniform
    • Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems
    • Must be able to speak English clearly and write legibly. The ability to speak other languages is a plus
    • Must be able to pass company drug screen

    • Must be able to understand and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form

    Tent Installer

    Nature of Work:
    Responsible for the timely installation, safe use of tents and related equipment. Will help customers and delivery personnel load and unload vehicles. The work is typically very physical and demanding, both from strength requirements and the stamina required. Will also help maintain inventory. Shipping and receiving functions, from light to heavy, are also performed. Working Conditions: Must stand for long periods of time. The work will be split between general warehouse conditions, in which some work areas may not be heated or air conditioned and conditions outside which vary from day to day. This job requires constant interaction with co-workers and with the public. This position requires frequent lifting and a significant degree of walking, bending, stooping, crouching, lowering, reaching, twisting, pulling, pushing, carting, and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions.     General Warehouse 

    Nature of Work:
    A General Warehouse Employee in an Event Rental Business is responsible for
    ensuring proper care, storage, quality control, and distribution of goods in a warehouse
    setting. The employee would work in coordination with other team members to ensure
    timely and accurate delivery and setup of rental equipment to clients’ event locations.
    Key Responsibilities:
    – Receive and unload incoming rental equipment, verifying that quantities and
    specifications match the order
    – Organize and store equipment in designated areas in the warehouse, ensuring that
    items are easily accessible and in good condition
    – Conduct regular inventory checks as instructed to ensure that all equipment is
    accounted for and in proper working condition
    – Prepare equipment for delivery to event locations, including cleaning, packing, and
    labeling items
    – Load and transport equipment to and from event locations using company vehicles
    – Set up and dismantle equipment at event locations according to specifications
    provided by clients, ensuring that all items are installed safely and correctly
    – Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper function and appearance
    – Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with
    safety and sanitation guidelines
    Qualifications:
    – High school diploma or equivalent
    – Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
    – Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical work for extended periods of time
    – Good communication skills to work effectively in a team setting
    – Familiarity with basic construction tools and techniques is an added advantage
    – A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required for operating company
    vehicles
    – Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed to meet client needs
    The General Warehouse Employee will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be
    expected to perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the
    business.

    Linen Team

    Nature of Work:
    As a linen processing worker, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all linens,
    such as sheets, napkins, and other fabrics, are cleaned, sanitized, and properly
    processed for use in the Event Rental clients, hotels, and other institutions. Your typical
    duties include:
    1. Sorting Laundry: You will sort linens according to their color, size, and material type.
    This is done manually or by using machines.
    2. Operating machinery: You need to operate washing machines, dryers, ironing
    machines, and folding machines to process linen.
    3. Cleaning and sanitizing linens: You will clean and sanitize linen using specialized
    equipment, such as washers, dryers, steam cleaners, and disinfectants.
    4. Checking for repairs: Check Napkins and linens regularly for rips, tears, and other
    damages that may need repairs.
    5. Storing the linen: You will fold and pack linens to be stored in proper storage areas.
    6. Maintaining cleanliness: Ensure that the washing area is clean and safe to work in.
    7. Assisting in inventory: You may be required to keep an accurate inventory of linen to
    ensure an adequate supply for the organization.
    Qualifications:
    To be considered for a linen processing worker’s position, the following qualifications
    are important:
    1. High school diploma or equivalent: A minimum educational requirement is a high
    school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds: You will be moving heavy loads of linens on a
    regular basis; therefore, physical ability to lift heavy objects is necessary.
    3. Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure that all linen are cleaned,
    sanitized, and stored properly.
    4. Ability to work with machines: You should have the ability to operate specialized
    equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines.
    5. Good communication skills: Good communication skills are important to interact with
    co-workers and supervisors, and track inventory.
