We’re thrilled to be part of the Lanier-Forsyth Rotary Club’s milestone event – the 10th Annual Forsyth Down and Derby Fundraiser, held at the picturesque 3 Oaks Farm and Events venue. This year’s celebration marked a decade of philanthropy, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories, and T3 Event Rentals was there to make sure they had all of the Event Rentals they needed.
From the moment guests arrived, it was evident that this was going to be a special occasion. The sprawling grounds of 3 Oaks Farm were transformed into a scene straight out of the Kentucky Derby, with vibrant decorations, elegant tent rentals, and a palpable sense of excitement in the air.
Our team at T3 Event Rentals was honored to play a pivotal role in bringing the event to life. Weeks of meticulous planning and preparation culminated in a spectacular setup that exceeded expectations. Before the festivities began, our fundraiser rental tents stood proudly against the backdrop of the serene countryside, waiting to welcome guests and create memorable experiences.
As the day unfolded, guests donned their finest Derby attire and immersed themselves in the festivities. From sipping mint juleps to placing token bets on the horse races, there was no shortage of entertainment. The auction items garnered enthusiastic bids, raising vital funds for the Rotary Club’s charitable endeavors.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed music, delectable cuisine, and the opportunity to connect with fellow community members. Laughter and camaraderie filled the air as friends, old and new, came together to support a worthy cause.
