    Our 40′ Skylight Frame Tents combine the clean lines of a traditional frame tent with the natural beauty of daylight filtering through integrated clear roof panels. Designed with a durable white vinyl top and a continuous clear skylight strip running the length of the tent, this structure creates an open, airy atmosphere while maintaining full weather protection.

    Unlike pole tents, 40′ skylight frame tents require no center poles, allowing for completely open interior layouts. The 40-foot width provides generous event space for weddings, galas, corporate events, fundraisers, and upscale private gatherings.

    During the day, the skylight panels flood the tent with natural light. In the evening, they create a dramatic effect as chandeliers and café lighting glow upward through the clear roof sections. This makes them especially popular for elegant receptions and high-end events where lighting design matters.

    The tent can be installed on grass, asphalt, or concrete using stakes or weighted ballast systems. Sidewalls, clear walls, glass doors, flooring, HVAC, draping, lighting, and staging can all be integrated seamlessly.

    How long do I keep the items I rented?

    Our standard rental timeframe is approximately 3 or 4 days depending on the day of the event (delivery the business day before the event, pick up the business day after the event). We also offer long-term rental options for needs such as construction, renovation, natural disasters, etc.

    What if the delivery team encounters obstacles to delivering the items I rented?

    We make every effort to clearly understand the delivery site to ensure a speedy but safe delivery of your rental items. We will assess an additional charge upon arrival if obstacles to delivery were not disclosed during the reservation process. Sometimes, items can be delivered at the truck’s location and customer is then responsible to transport items to the setup site and return them to same delivery location for our pickup.

    Do I have to wash the dishes after use?

    Please rinse food debris off plateware and flatware before return to make the cleaning process easier when it returns.

    What is the difference between a Rope and Pole and a Frame Tent?

    Rope and Pole tents have center poles that may obstruct your view. Frame tents do not have center poles and are used frequently for wedding events that require an open view.

    When is payment due?

    The balance is due 5 business days before delivery. If payment is not received, we will try to reach you to secure payment so the reservation goes forward. T3 reserves the right to cancel the reservation if we do not receive payment.

    Do the prices include setup and breakdown?

    Larger items and items that need tools to install do include setup and breakdown. This includes tents and tent accessories (lighting, drapery, etc.) and staging and flooring. The set up and break down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the customer unless previously arranged for an additional charge.
