Create a spacious event setting that blends the classic appearance of a white-top tent with added natural light. Our 50-foot-wide skylight frame tents feature clear sections within the white tent top, producing a brighter interior and selective views of the sky without the fully transparent look of a clear-top tent.

With no center poles interrupting the interior, these tents offer flexible space for large dining layouts, dance floors, stages, lounges, and other event features. They are well suited for weddings, corporate gatherings, galas, and large outdoor celebrations.

Do you have to stake the tent to secure it?

Not always. If we are unable to stake the tent, we will use concrete blocks to safely secure the tent.

Where will the items be delivered?

Our delivery includes a drop off to a location that is easily accessible from the truck since we will be carrying heavy / bulky items. Delivery to a basement or to a location that requires use of an elevator or flight of stairs will require additional charges due to additional time required to access the location.

Can you cover the tent poles to make it look better?

Absolutely! We have a full range of tent drapery accessories to meet your needs.

Do I have to be at the delivery location to receive my delivery?

Absolutely! Someone responsible needs to be able to receive the items upon delivery. We will go over the list with you and make sure that all items are accounted for and have you sign our paperwork agreeing you received all items.

What if the delivery team encounters obstacles to delivering the items I rented?

We make every effort to clearly understand the delivery site to ensure a speedy but safe delivery of your rental items. We will assess an additional charge upon arrival if obstacles to delivery were not disclosed during the reservation process. Sometimes, items can be delivered at the truck’s location and customer is then responsible to transport items to the setup site and return them to same delivery location for our pickup.

What if I have irrigation or utilities in my yard?

Your irrigation lines must be marked before we arrive on site. You can call 811 for a free locate service of the major utility companies. They will only mark from the main line to the meter so it is your responsibility to know where lines run on your property. Most of the time we can avoid them if we know where they are.
