  • 50′ White Top Frame Tents

    Description

50′ White Top Frame Tent Rental

Create a clean, professional event space with our 50′ white top frame tent. A rigid aluminum frame supports the structure, eliminating center poles and creating a wide, open interior that is easy to plan and customize.

This design gives you flexibility for seating layouts, staging, dance floors, bars, and service areas. The open interior also improves sightlines and circulation throughout the space.

Our 50′ frame tents install on grass, asphalt, or concrete. We secure tents with stakes where permitted or use weighted ballast when staking is not an option. This flexibility makes the 50′ width a strong choice for complex sites and larger event footprints.

Common uses for a 50′ frame tent include:

    • Wedding ceremonies and receptions

    • Corporate events and trade shows

    • Festivals, concerts, and large private events

You can configure this tent with sidewalls, doors, and marquee-style entrance tents to control access and flow. For year-round use, the structure also supports heating in winter or air conditioning in summer to help manage interior climate.

    FAQ

We typically do not, but we are happy to do this for you. You may request setup and breakdown of tables and chairs in advance during the reservation process. An additional charge will be necessary for this service.

A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. Unlike traditional frame tents, clearspan tents have no center poles or guy lines, offering a completely open interior space. They are designed to handle larger loads, longer spans, and more extreme weather conditions. Clearspan tents are commonly used for weddings, festivals, corporate events, and even temporary warehouses where strength, durability, and clear open space are essential.

Larger items and items that need tools to install do include setup and breakdown. This includes tents and tent accessories (lighting, drapery, etc.) and staging and flooring. The set up and break down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the customer unless previously arranged for an additional charge.

Not always. If we are unable to stake the tent, we will use concrete blocks to safely secure the tent.

Absolutely! Someone responsible needs to be able to receive the items upon delivery. We will go over the list with you and make sure that all items are accounted for and have you sign our paperwork agreeing you received all items.

Rope and Pole tents require an additional 14 feet to stake the tent (7′ on each side) so make sure you take this into consideration when determining the area where you wish to place the tent.
