    How deep do the tent stakes go?

    The stakes will be between 24”-42” long depending on the size of the tent.

    A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. Unlike traditional frame tents, clearspan tents have no center poles or guy lines, offering a completely open interior space. They are designed to handle larger loads, longer spans, and more extreme weather conditions. Clearspan tents are commonly used for weddings, festivals, corporate events, and even temporary warehouses where strength, durability, and clear open space are essential.

    Do you have to stake the tent to secure it?

    Not always. If we are unable to stake the tent, we will use concrete blocks to safely secure the tent.

    Will you set up tables and chairs?

    We typically do not, but we are happy to do this for you. You may request setup and breakdown of tables and chairs in advance during the reservation process. An additional charge will be necessary for this service.

    What if I wait until the week of my event to see if I need a tent due to the weather forecast?

    We always try to accommodate last-minute requests, but during peak times this may be not possible. Reserving your tent in advance ensures that both inventory and delivery slots are set aside for you.
