Bring natural light into your event while maintaining the classic appearance of a white-top tent with our 30-foot-wide skylight frame tents. Clear sections within the white tent top create brighter interiors and selective views of the sky without the fully transparent look of a clear-top tent.

The frame-tent design provides an open interior without center poles, allowing flexible layouts for dining, dancing, ceremonies, lounges, and other event features. These tents are a versatile choice for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and outdoor celebrations.

Can I have a bonfire next to the tent?

Any fire must be at least 1,000 feet away from the tent.

Can I hold a tent as a rain option?

Absolutely! A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve an item for you. This pulls the item out of our inventory and sets aside your delivery time in our schedule for the installation if it does move forward. You may cancel the tent before 12pm on the 5th business day before the delivery date. If you decide to move forward with the tent, the down payment would apply to the balance due.

What about climate control?

To help control the tent climate, we have fans, misters, port-a-cools, and temperature-controlled heating.

Where will the items be delivered?

Our delivery includes a drop off to a location that is easily accessible from the truck since we will be carrying heavy / bulky items. Delivery to a basement or to a location that requires use of an elevator or flight of stairs will require additional charges due to additional time required to access the location.

How long do I keep the items I rented?

Our standard rental timeframe is approximately 3 or 4 days depending on the day of the event (delivery the business day before the event, pick up the business day after the event). We also offer long-term rental options for needs such as construction, renovation, natural disasters, etc.

Do I need a permit for my tent?

It is best to call your local planning and zoning department to confirm, but typically private events on private property do not need them. If you are a business hosting an event on a business address then you traditionally do need a permit.
