  • 40′ Skylight Frame Tents

    Description

    40′ Skylight Frame Tent Rental

    Product Description

Our 40′ Skylight Frame Tents combine the clean lines of a traditional frame tent with the natural beauty of daylight filtering through integrated clear roof panels. Designed with a durable white vinyl top and a continuous clear skylight strip running the length of the tent, this structure creates an open, airy atmosphere while maintaining full weather protection.

Unlike pole tents, 40′ skylight frame tents require no center poles, allowing for completely open interior layouts. The 40-foot width provides generous event space for weddings, galas, corporate events, fundraisers, and upscale private gatherings.

During the day, the skylight panels flood the tent with natural light. In the evening, they create a dramatic effect as chandeliers and café lighting glow upward through the clear roof sections. This makes them especially popular for elegant receptions and high-end events where lighting design matters.

The tent can be installed on grass, asphalt, or concrete using stakes or weighted ballast systems. Sidewalls, clear walls, glass doors, flooring, HVAC, draping, lighting, and staging can all be integrated seamlessly.

If you want the strength and flexibility of a frame tent with the visual impact of a translucent roofline, the 40′ Skylight Frame Tent delivers.

A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. Unlike traditional frame tents, clearspan tents have no center poles or guy lines, offering a completely open interior space. They are designed to handle larger loads, longer spans, and more extreme weather conditions. Clearspan tents are commonly used for weddings, festivals, corporate events, and even temporary warehouses where strength, durability, and clear open space are essential.

Not always. If we are unable to stake the tent, we will use concrete blocks to safely secure the tent.

Depending on the surface, we stake into the ground or use concrete blocks to secure the tent. When necessary, we can even stake into asphalt – we drill a hole then patch it when we remove the tent. We always secure the tent.

The stakes will be between 24”-42” long depending on the size of the tent.

We use a calculator that helps us to factor in miles driven, number of people in the truck and miles per gallon of gasoline. Our standard delivery fees cover a weekday delivery and pickup during normal delivery hours of 7am-3:30pm. We charge additional fees for deliveries outside of our delivery hours or when the crew must work longer than 8 hours and require overtime pay. Weekend deliveries or pickups also incur additional charges.
