Create a spacious event setting that blends the classic appearance of a white-top tent with added natural light. Our 50-foot-wide skylight frame tents feature clear sections within the white tent top, producing a brighter interior and selective views of the sky without the fully transparent look of a clear-top tent.

With no center poles interrupting the interior, these tents offer flexible space for large dining layouts, dance floors, stages, lounges, and other event features. They are well suited for weddings, corporate gatherings, galas, and large outdoor celebrations.

What if I have irrigation or utilities in my yard?

Your irrigation lines must be marked before we arrive on site. You can call 811 for a free locate service of the major utility companies. They will only mark from the main line to the meter so it is your responsibility to know where lines run on your property. Most of the time we can avoid them if we know where they are.

Do I have to be at the delivery location to receive my delivery?

Absolutely! Someone responsible needs to be able to receive the items upon delivery. We will go over the list with you and make sure that all items are accounted for and have you sign our paperwork agreeing you received all items.

What is the difference between a Rope and Pole and a High Peak Tent?

A high peak tent is a rope and pole tent but it has very high peaks at the center poles to give it an elegant swooping peak that really stands out.

Is it ok if I leave another rental company’s items under the tent when you arrive to break it down?

We strongly prefer not to break down a tent with items still beneath it to ensure those items are not damaged. If asked to do so, we will not be liable for any damage to items left under the tent during breakdown. If we are unable to remove the tent around the items underneath it, we will have to leave and charge our customer for a return trip to retrieve the tent.

Do you have clear top tents?

Yes we do! Our frame tents can have clear tops which are wonderful for use during the fall, winter, and spring months.

What if weather cancels my event?

Unfortunately, planning an outdoor event is difficult due to the uncertainty of the weather, but if we deliver products, we expect payment in full. Please keep in mind that tents are temporary structures and are not to be used as storm-shelters. We recommend that every outdoor event has an evacuation plan in place prior to the event.
