How do you secure the tents?

Depending on the surface, we stake into the ground or use concrete blocks to secure the tent. When necessary, we can even stake into asphalt – we drill a hole then patch it when we remove the tent. We always secure the tent.

What do I need to do before I receive a delivery?

Be prepared to answer any calls from a number you do not recognize – this will be the delivery driver.
Provide alternate contact information in the event that we are unable to reach you for delivery.
If you have animals in the event area, please make sure that all animal feces have been picked up.
Make sure furniture is removed from the setup location before delivery.
Move vehicles so the crew has easy access to event space.
Contact 811 to locate any underground power, utility, or water lines. The customer is responsible for locating septic systems or irrigation lines.
Mark desired tent location with flags or paint or any object which would identify the placement of the tent.

What are the sizes of your tents?

We can accommodate the smallest event in a 10 x 10 or go as large as a 60 x 230. Larger tents are available as well as structure tents. We can put multiple tents together to make a larger space – call and ask for more information to suit your needs.

What if weather cancels my event?

Unfortunately, planning an outdoor event is difficult due to the uncertainty of the weather, but if we deliver products, we expect payment in full. Please keep in mind that tents are temporary structures and are not to be used as storm-shelters. We recommend that every outdoor event has an evacuation plan in place prior to the event.

How much space do we need for a tent?

Rope and Pole tents require an additional 14 feet to stake the tent (7′ on each side) so make sure you take this into consideration when determining the area where you wish to place the tent.

Is it ok if I leave another rental company’s items under the tent when you arrive to break it down?

We strongly prefer not to break down a tent with items still beneath it to ensure those items are not damaged. If asked to do so, we will not be liable for any damage to items left under the tent during breakdown. If we are unable to remove the tent around the items underneath it, we will have to leave and charge our customer for a return trip to retrieve the tent.
