Do I have to wash the dishes after use?

Please rinse food debris off plateware and flatware before return to make the cleaning process easier when it returns.

What is the difference between a Rope and Pole and a Frame Tent?

Rope and Pole tents have center poles that may obstruct your view. Frame tents do not have center poles and are used frequently for wedding events that require an open view.

What if weather cancels my event?

Unfortunately, planning an outdoor event is difficult due to the uncertainty of the weather, but if we deliver products, we expect payment in full. Please keep in mind that tents are temporary structures and are not to be used as storm-shelters. We recommend that every outdoor event has an evacuation plan in place prior to the event.

Do you have to stake the tent to secure it?

Not always. If we are unable to stake the tent, we will use concrete blocks to safely secure the tent.

What do I need to do before I receive a delivery?

Be prepared to answer any calls from a number you do not recognize – this will be the delivery driver.
Provide alternate contact information in the event that we are unable to reach you for delivery.
If you have animals in the event area, please make sure that all animal feces have been picked up.
Make sure furniture is removed from the setup location before delivery.
Move vehicles so the crew has easy access to event space.
Contact 811 to locate any underground power, utility, or water lines. The customer is responsible for locating septic systems or irrigation lines.
Mark desired tent location with flags or paint or any object which would identify the placement of the tent.

Is it ok if I leave another rental company’s items under the tent when you arrive to break it down?

We strongly prefer not to break down a tent with items still beneath it to ensure those items are not damaged. If asked to do so, we will not be liable for any damage to items left under the tent during breakdown. If we are unable to remove the tent around the items underneath it, we will have to leave and charge our customer for a return trip to retrieve the tent.
