    When is payment due?

    The balance is due 5 business days before delivery. If payment is not received, we will try to reach you to secure payment so the reservation goes forward. T3 reserves the right to cancel the reservation if we do not receive payment.

    Do I need a permit for my tent?

    It is best to call your local planning and zoning department to confirm, but typically private events on private property do not need them. If you are a business hosting an event on a business address then you traditionally do need a permit.

    A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. Unlike traditional frame tents, clearspan tents have no center poles or guy lines, offering a completely open interior space. They are designed to handle larger loads, longer spans, and more extreme weather conditions.     Do I have to wash the dishes after use?

    Please rinse food debris off plateware and flatware before return to make the cleaning process easier when it returns.

    The stakes will be between 24”-42” long depending on the size of the tent.

    Can I have a bonfire next to the tent?

    Any fire must be at least 1,000 feet away from the tent.
