    To help control the tent climate, we have fans, misters, port-a-cools, and temperature-controlled heating.

    Absolutely! We have a full range of tent drapery accessories to meet your needs.

    It is best to call your local planning and zoning department to confirm, but typically private events on private property do not need them. If you are a business hosting an event on a business address then you traditionally do need a permit.

    Your irrigation lines must be marked before we arrive on site. You can call 811 for a free locate service of the major utility companies. They will only mark from the main line to the meter so it is your responsibility to know where lines run on your property. Most of the time we can avoid them if we know where they are.

    • Be prepared to answer any calls from a number you do not recognize – this will be the delivery driver.
    • Provide alternate contact information in the event that we are unable to reach you for delivery.
    • If you have animals in the event area, please make sure that all animal feces have been picked up.
    • Make sure furniture is removed from the setup location before delivery.
    • Move vehicles so the crew has easy access to event space.
    • Contact 811 to locate any underground power, utility, or water lines. The customer is responsible for locating septic systems or irrigation lines.
    • Mark desired tent location with flags or paint or any object which would identify the placement of the tent.

    You are welcome to hang your own lights, but it is your responsibility to remove all items that do not belong to T3 from the tent before the scheduled pickup date/time. It’s also your responsibility for any damage to the tent while hanging/removing your items. If we arrive and items are still attached to the tent, we will have to leave and charge for a return trip to retrieve the tent once the hanging items are removed.
