We understand things happen. If equipment is lost while in your possession, you will be responsible for replacement cost of that item.

Unlike traditional frame tents, clearspan tents have no center poles or guy lines, offering a completely open interior space. Our delivery includes a drop off to a location that is easily accessible from the truck since we will be carrying heavy / bulky items. Delivery to a basement or to a location that requires use of an elevator or flight of stairs will require additional charges due to additional time required to access the location.

Any fire must be at least 1,000 feet away from the tent.
