A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. Unlike traditional frame tents, clearspan tents have no center poles or guy lines, offering a completely open interior space. They are designed to handle larger loads, longer spans, and more extreme weather conditions. We understand things happen. We prefer to receive the broken item back. If it is unsafe to return the broken item to T3 so that it can be accounted for, please take plenty of pictures to document any damage.

To help control the tent climate, we have fans, misters, port-a-cools, and temperature-controlled heating.

Please return items to the same location and configuration as when we dropped them off. For tables, the legs are folded and multiple tables stacked together. For chairs, please have them folded and stacked.
