A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. Unlike traditional frame tents, clearspan tents have no center poles or guy lines, offering a completely open interior space. They are designed to handle larger loads, longer spans, and more extreme weather conditions. Clearspan tents are commonly used for weddings, festivals, corporate events, and even temporary warehouses where strength, durability, and clear open space are essential.
Any changes must be finalized by 12pm 5 business days before delivery to ensure our staff has time to perfect your order by updating paperwork and pulling and checking items for delivery.
Rope and Pole tents have center poles that may obstruct your view. Frame tents do not have center poles and are used frequently for wedding events that require an open view.
Unfortunately, planning an outdoor event is difficult due to the uncertainty of the weather, but if we deliver products, we expect payment in full. Please keep in mind that tents are temporary structures and are not to be used as storm-shelters. We recommend that every outdoor event has an evacuation plan in place prior to the event.
Absolutely! Someone responsible needs to be able to receive the items upon delivery. We will go over the list with you and make sure that all items are accounted for and have you sign our paperwork agreeing you received all items.
Depending on the surface, we stake into the ground or use concrete blocks to secure the tent. When necessary, we can even stake into asphalt – we drill a hole then patch it when we remove the tent. We always secure the tent.
