    Do I have to wash the dishes after use?

    Please rinse food debris off plateware and flatware before return to make the cleaning process easier when it returns.

    How deep do the tent stakes go?

    The stakes will be between 24”-42” long depending on the size of the tent.

    What if I wait until the week of my event to see if I need a tent due to the weather forecast?

    We always try to accommodate last-minute requests, but during peak times this may be not possible. Reserving your tent in advance ensures that both inventory and delivery slots are set aside for you.

    What if I break a chair or a glass?

    We understand things happen. We prefer to receive the broken item back. If it is unsafe to return the broken item to T3 so that it can be accounted for, please take plenty of pictures to document any damage.

Unlike traditional frame tents, clearspan tents have no center poles or guy lines, offering a completely open interior space. They are designed to handle larger loads, longer spans, and more extreme weather conditions. Clearspan tents are commonly used for weddings, festivals, corporate events, and even temporary warehouses where strength, durability, and clear open space are essential.

    How do you secure the tents?

    Depending on the surface, we stake into the ground or use concrete blocks to secure the tent. When necessary, we can even stake into asphalt – we drill a hole then patch it when we remove the tent. We always secure the tent.
