The White Palace Bar Rental is a white bar frame carrying ornate gold palace inserts on the front. It is the most decorative front in our bar range. So it behaves less like a service station and more like part of the room’s design.
An ornate front needs space around it
Detail only reads from a distance if nothing crowds it. So this bar belongs where guests approach it across open floor. Facing the entrance works. The long wall of a ballroom works. Tuck it into a corner behind a column and the pattern disappears. That wastes the only reason to choose it over a plain bar.
It also wants a clean backdrop. Gold detail in front of a busy floral wall turns into noise. A plain drape, a lit wall or a bare tent panel behind it lets the front do its work. If the backdrop is already the feature of the room, a quieter bar serves you better.
The insert system behind it
The palace pattern is an insert rather than the whole bar. Our bar frames take interchangeable fronts. So the same equipment goes out with a tufted, boxwood, windowpane or palace face. That has two practical effects. First, you can match a bar to a room without changing the footprint or the service layout. Second, two bars in one room can carry different fronts and still look like a set.
The Black Palace Bar is the same pattern in the dark colorway. The tufted bar is the simpler front. Then the full bar rental range covers everything else.
Service planning
A bar that guests walk toward is also a bar that guests queue at. A common planning figure is one bar position per 75 to 100 guests. Two shorter bars clear a crowd faster than one long one. Keep the queue off the route between the door and the seating. A line across a walkway blocks the room.
Bartenders need a back as much as a front. Ice, spare bottles and recycling all have to go somewhere. So plan a back table out of the sightline of the decorative panel.
