The Lit 48″ Round Table Rental is a four-foot illuminated round. It is the smallest of the three lit rounds in our range. Four feet is a display size rather than a dinner size. So this is the one that usually carries the cake, the escort cards or the gifts.

No linen on a lit table

A cloth cancels the effect, so lit tables go out bare. That removes a line from the order. It also removes the place where most rooms put their color. So decide early which tables get light and which get linen. The two look deliberate together and accidental when they mix at random.

Centerpieces need the same thought. A wide solid base sits on top of the light and kills it. A cake works because it sits above the surface and picks the glow up around its base. Escort cards work for the same reason.

Where a four-foot round earns its place

Because the table is small, it goes where a six-foot round cannot. Beside a bar, at the entrance, in a corner that needs something in it, or at the end of a buffet run. A lit table also does useful work as a marker. Guests find the cards or the cake in a dim room without signage. It is the brightest object at that end of the space.
