The white tufted bar is a front panel on our insert bar frame. The same frame runs across our bar range. So the insert on the front is the part that changes. A White Tufted Bar Rental is the same equipment as the other bars, wearing a tufted white face.

Three ways to order the tufting

The tufted insert comes in all white, all black, and black with white together. White is the version that steps forward. It reads as the brightest object at that end of the room. So guests find the drinks without signage, and photographs pick the bar up clearly. Black does the opposite and recedes under low light.

Because the insert is the choice rather than the bar, a second bar can carry a different front. Two bars with matched frames and different inserts read as a pair. Two identical bars read as a duplicate.

A white front and a long evening

White shows what happens to it. Red wine, coffee and a dropped garnish all mark a pale panel. A bar also takes more traffic in four hours than most furniture takes in a week. So keep a service plan in mind. Give the bartenders a bin and a back table. Then keep the bar off the main walkway, where a passing guest will catch it with a glass.

How many bars, and where

One long bar serves more slowly than two shorter ones. Guests queue at both ends while the middle goes unused. A common planning figure is one bar position per 75 to 100 guests. The room shape matters as much as the count, though. A bar behind a column or in a dead corner will always run slower.

Plan the bar back at the same time. Ice, backup bottles and recycling need somewhere to live. So a table behind the bar keeps crates off the floor and out of the photographs.

The black tufted bar is the darker version of the same panel. The Palace Bar is the ornate alternative. Then the full bar rental range shows the rest of the fronts.
