What kind of lighting do you have?

We have perimeter, bistro, gobo, globug, twinkle, uplighting and christmas lighting as well as chandeliers in many styles and colors. Check out some of our lighting rental products below.

What do I need to do before I receive a delivery?

Be prepared to answer any calls from a number you do not recognize – this will be the delivery driver.
Provide alternate contact information in the event that we are unable to reach you for delivery.
If you have animals in the event area, please make sure that all animal feces have been picked up.
Make sure furniture is removed from the setup location before delivery.
Move vehicles so the crew has easy access to event space.
Contact 811 to locate any underground power, utility, or water lines. The customer is responsible for locating septic systems or irrigation lines.
Mark desired tent location with flags or paint or any object which would identify the placement of the tent.

What if weather cancels my event?

Unfortunately, planning an outdoor event is difficult due to the uncertainty of the weather, but if we deliver products, we expect payment in full. Please keep in mind that tents are temporary structures and are not to be used as storm-shelters. We recommend that every outdoor event has an evacuation plan in place prior to the event.

Where will the items be delivered?

Our delivery includes a drop off to a location that is easily accessible from the truck since we will be carrying heavy / bulky items. Delivery to a basement or to a location that requires use of an elevator or flight of stairs will require additional charges due to additional time required to access the location.

Will you set up tables and chairs?

We typically do not, but we are happy to do this for you. You may request setup and breakdown of tables and chairs in advance during the reservation process. An additional charge will be necessary for this service.

How deep do the tent stakes go?

The stakes will be between 24”-42” long depending on the size of the tent.
