  • Crystal Chandelier – Large

    Description

The large crystal chandelier rental is a twelve-light fixture. Twelve lamps is the number to plan around. It tells you both what the fixture can do and what it draws. Twelve sources spread through cut crystal give a lot of sparkle and a fair amount of usable light. So one of these over a table can carry an intimate room on its own.

    Large or standard

We stock a smaller crystal chandelier as well. The choice is about ceiling height more than taste. Hang the large fixture where there is real height above the guests, such as a tent ridge or a stair landing. In a lower room the large fixture crowds the space and people duck under it. Then the smaller one is the better call.

    Dimming is not optional

Twelve lamps at full output glare, and glare kills the effect the crystal is there for. A crystal chandelier rental therefore wants its own dimmed circuit. At around half output the crystal reads as sparkle rather than a bright spot. The rest of your lighting can then do its job. Ask for a dimmer when you add the fixture, not afterwards.

Hanging and power under a tent

The fixture hangs from the tent frame or the ridge at a single point. Plan the hang before the tent goes up. Each fixture also needs a circuit run to it. So the chandeliers belong in the same conversation as the power distribution rather than in the decor list. Give us the tent size and we will tell you where the hang points land.

Layering it with the rest of the light

A chandelier is accent light. Uplights on the tent wall, bistro strings over the floor and a pin spot on the cake all do different jobs. The chandelier does not replace any of them.

    FAQ

Renting a clearspan tent offers several key advantages:

Unobstructed Interior Space: No center poles or support cables inside, giving you full flexibility for layouts.

Superior Strength: Built to withstand higher wind loads and heavier weather conditions than standard pole or frame tents.

Customizable Options: Can be fitted with flooring, walls, glass doors, HVAC systems, and lighting to suit your event needs.

Versatile Installation: Can be safely set up on a wide range of surfaces, including concrete, asphalt, turf, or gravel.

Clearspan tents are ideal when you need both an open, elegant look and engineered strength you can rely on.

We have special braces that we use to create an entire flooring area over your pool. You can choose to cover it with plywood, staging, a dancefloor or keep it clear with Plexiglass.

We use a calculator that helps us to factor in miles driven, number of people in the truck and miles per gallon of gasoline. Our standard delivery fees cover a weekday delivery and pickup during normal delivery hours of 7am-3:30pm. We charge additional fees for deliveries outside of our delivery hours or when the crew must work longer than 8 hours and require overtime pay. Weekend deliveries or pickups also incur additional charges.

Absolutely! A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve an item for you. This pulls the item out of our inventory and sets aside your delivery time in our schedule for the installation if it does move forward. You may cancel the tent before 12pm on the 5th business day before the delivery date. If you decide to move forward with the tent, the down payment would apply to the balance due.

    • Be prepared to answer any calls from a number you do not recognize – this will be the delivery driver.
    • Provide alternate contact information in the event that we are unable to reach you for delivery.
    • If you have animals in the event area, please make sure that all animal feces have been picked up.
    • Make sure furniture is removed from the setup location before delivery.
    • Move vehicles so the crew has easy access to event space.
    • Contact 811 to locate any underground power, utility, or water lines. The customer is responsible for locating septic systems or irrigation lines.
    • Mark desired tent location with flags or paint or any object which would identify the placement of the tent.

A high peak tent is a rope and pole tent but it has very high peaks at the center poles to give it an elegant swooping peak that really stands out.
