  • Deluxe Restroom Unit

    Description

A deluxe restroom unit rental is a single portable restroom, with the fittings upgraded over a basic construction unit. It sits between a standard portable toilet and a towed restroom trailer. That is the gap it exists to fill. One unit covers a small site, a crew position, or an overflow point away from the main restrooms.

Where a single unit makes sense

Some jobs do not want a trailer. A film unit parked on a street is one. So is a groundbreaking on raw ground, a remote bar position at a festival, or a back-of-house crew position. None of those need a towed unit and the level pad it requires. A single unit also works as a supplement. If the main restrooms sit at one end of a long site, one unit at the far end saves everyone the walk.

    What to plan for

A deluxe restroom unit rental needs firm, reasonably level ground. It also needs a route for our truck to reach it. Servicing matters as well, since a multi-day event needs the unit serviced rather than simply delivered. So tell us the run of dates and the expected traffic, not just the drop date.

    Placement and lighting

Put the unit where guests can find it without it appearing in photographs. Then light the route. Unlit grass after dark is where people turn an ankle. Keep the door facing away from the event rather than toward it. That is a small thing, and it makes a visible difference.

Check the date before you plan around it

Availability on this item varies. So confirm it with us early rather than assuming it. If the unit is not open for your dates, a two-stall restroom trailer covers the same need with more capacity. We will say so when we quote, instead of leaving you to find out later.

Send the dates, the site access and the expected headcount. We will then confirm what we can put on the ground.

    FAQ

Any fire must be at least 1,000 feet away from the tent.

We understand things happen. We prefer to receive the broken item back. If it is unsafe to return the broken item to T3 so that it can be accounted for, please take plenty of pictures to document any damage.

You are welcome to hang your own lights, but it is your responsibility to remove all items that do not belong to T3 from the tent before the scheduled pickup date/time. It’s also your responsibility for any damage to the tent while hanging/removing your items. If we arrive and items are still attached to the tent, we will have to leave and charge for a return trip to retrieve the tent once the hanging items are removed.

Any changes must be finalized by 12pm 5 business days before delivery to ensure our staff has time to perfect your order by updating paperwork and pulling and checking items for delivery.

Absolutely! Someone responsible needs to be able to receive the items upon delivery. We will go over the list with you and make sure that all items are accounted for and have you sign our paperwork agreeing you received all items.

We can accommodate the smallest event in a 10 x 10 or go as large as a 60 x 230. Larger tents are available as well as structure tents. We can put multiple tents together to make a larger space – call and ask for more information to suit your needs.
