  • Riedel Champagne Glass

    Description

The Riedel champagne glass rental is an 8-ounce flute, rented in racks of 36. The narrow bowl is what a sparkling wine wants. Less surface area at the top means the bubbles last longer. The stem keeps a hand off the bowl, so the wine stays cold. Fill a flute two-thirds and it holds a proper pour with the mousse still working.

Count the pours, not the guests

Champagne usually goes out more than once, and that is where glass counts go wrong. Arrival service is one pour. The toast is another. If both happen, the flutes either come back for washing between them, or you need close to two per guest. Washing mid-event needs a dish pit and the staff to run it. So for most events the second set of glasses is the simpler answer. Tell us how many pours the run of show includes.

    Racks of 36

The rack of 36 is how the glasses arrive and how they go back. So order in multiples of 36, and return them to the rack as they come off the floor. Flutes are the most fragile glass on the table. The rack is what keeps them intact in transit and behind a busy bar.

    Towers and display pours

A champagne tower is a separate count on top of the drinking glasses. Tower glasses stay in the tower until somebody takes it down. So if a tower is part of the plan, ask for tower glassware and service glassware as two line items. A Riedel champagne glass rental for a tower also wants spares, because a tower goes up more than once.

    What it pairs with

All-purpose wine glasses for the dinner pour, water glasses for the table, and napkins for the tray. Glassware, china and linens all ride on the same delivery.

    • If you have animals in the event area, please make sure that all animal feces have been picked up.
    • Make sure furniture is removed from the setup location before delivery.

We understand things happen. If equipment is lost while in your possession, you will be responsible for replacement cost of that item.

To help control the tent climate, we have fans, misters, port-a-cools, and temperature-controlled heating.

The stakes will be between 24”-42” long depending on the size of the tent.

Any changes must be finalized by 12pm 5 business days before delivery to ensure our staff has time to perfect your order by updating paperwork and pulling and checking items for delivery.

Not always. If we are unable to stake the tent, we will use concrete blocks to safely secure the tent.
