What is the difference between a Rope and Pole and a Frame Tent?

Rope and Pole tents have center poles that may obstruct your view. Frame tents do not have center poles and are used frequently for wedding events that require an open view.

Will you set up tables and chairs?

We typically do not, but we are happy to do this for you. You may request setup and breakdown of tables and chairs in advance during the reservation process. An additional charge will be necessary for this service.

When is payment due?

The balance is due 5 business days before delivery. If payment is not received, we will try to reach you to secure payment so the reservation goes forward. T3 reserves the right to cancel the reservation if we do not receive payment.

Do I need a permit for my tent?

It is best to call your local planning and zoning department to confirm, but typically private events on private property do not need them. If you are a business hosting an event on a business address then you traditionally do need a permit.
