    Renting a clearspan tent offers several key advantages:

    Unobstructed Interior Space: No center poles or support cables inside, giving you full flexibility for layouts.

    Superior Strength: Built to withstand higher wind loads and heavier weather conditions than standard pole or frame tents.

    Customizable Options: Can be fitted with flooring, walls, glass doors, HVAC systems, and lighting to suit your event needs.

    Versatile Installation: Can be safely set up on a wide range of surfaces, including concrete, asphalt, turf, or gravel.

    Clearspan tents are ideal when you need both an open, elegant look and engineered strength you can rely on.

    The balance is due 5 business days before delivery. If payment is not received, we will try to reach you to secure payment so the reservation goes forward. T3 reserves the right to cancel the reservation if we do not receive payment.

    Our standard rental timeframe is approximately 3 or 4 days depending on the day of the event (delivery the business day before the event, pick up the business day after the event). We also offer long-term rental options for needs such as construction, renovation, natural disasters, etc.

    Larger items and items that need tools to install do include setup and breakdown. This includes tents and tent accessories (lighting, drapery, etc.) and staging and flooring. The set up and break down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the customer unless previously arranged for an additional charge.

    • Be prepared to answer any calls from a number you do not recognize – this will be the delivery driver.
    • Provide alternate contact information in the event that we are unable to reach you for delivery.
    • If you have animals in the event area, please make sure that all animal feces have been picked up.
    • Make sure furniture is removed from the setup location before delivery.
    • Move vehicles so the crew has easy access to event space.
    • Contact 811 to locate any underground power, utility, or water lines. The customer is responsible for locating septic systems or irrigation lines.
    • Mark desired tent location with flags or paint or any object which would identify the placement of the tent.

    Any changes must be finalized by 12pm 5 business days before delivery to ensure our staff has time to perfect your order by updating paperwork and pulling and checking items for delivery.
