A pleated tent liner rental hangs under the roof of a frame tent and hides everything structural above it. Vinyl seams, frame tubing, cable and hardware all disappear behind fabric. The ceiling becomes a soft pleated surface instead. That is the whole point of a liner. A lined tent photographs like a room, while an unlined one photographs like a tent.

Sizes, and why they are not interchangeable

Liners are cut to a tent size rather than sold by the yard. We stock 12×12, 12×18, 16×16, 16×24, 16×32, 20×20, 20×40, 30×30, 30×40 and 30×45. We also carry 30×50, 40×40, 40×55, 40×60, 40×80, 40×100, 50×45 and 50×60. Each one fits the frame tent of the same dimensions. So the tent size decides the liner. A liner from a different size will not hang correctly, however close the numbers look.

These fit frame tents

Our pleated liners are cut for frame tents, where the fabric ties to the frame above it. Rope and pole tents carry their own pole covers and drapery instead, because the roof shape is completely different. Tell us which tent you have booked and we will confirm what fits it.

Plan the liner with the tent, not after it

A tent liner rental goes in while the crew builds the tent. Once the roof is up and the sides are on, fitting a liner means taking the tent back apart. On a live site that is rarely practical. So the liner has to be on the order before install day. It also changes how lighting works, since fixtures hang below the liner rather than off the frame.

Ends and leg drapes

Gable and hip-end liners finish the ends of the tent. They are separate items from the roof liner. Leg drapes, which wrap the frame legs, are separate as well. Ask for them by name if you want the full lined look. A lined ceiling over bare metal legs is a common and avoidable mismatch.
