We understand things happen. If equipment is lost while in your possession, you will be responsible for replacement cost of that item.

We strongly prefer not to break down a tent with items still beneath it to ensure those items are not damaged. If asked to do so, we will not be liable for any damage to items left under the tent during breakdown. If we are unable to remove the tent around the items underneath it, we will have to leave and charge our customer for a return trip to retrieve the tent.

A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. Absolutely! Someone responsible needs to be able to receive the items upon delivery. We will go over the list with you and make sure that all items are accounted for and have you sign our paperwork agreeing you received all items.

Absolutely! A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve an item for you. This pulls the item out of our inventory and sets aside your delivery time in our schedule for the installation if it does move forward. You may cancel the tent before 12pm on the 5th business day before the delivery date. If you decide to move forward with the tent, the down payment would apply to the balance due.
