For this Atlanta-area corporate event, the goal was to create a comfortable and professional environment capable of hosting hundreds of guests while maintaining the flexibility and atmosphere that only an outdoor venue can provide.
What started as an open space was transformed into a fully functioning event venue through a combination of temporary structures, climate control, power distribution, lighting, furnishings, and event infrastructure.
A large frame tent served as the centerpiece of the event, creating a covered gathering space for attendees while providing protection from the elements. Clear wall panels helped connect guests to the surrounding environment while allowing natural light to fill the structure during the day and creating an impressive backdrop after sunset.
Creating a venue of this scale required more than simply installing a tent. Behind the scenes, power distribution systems, climate control equipment, lighting, tables, chairs, linens, staging, and support infrastructure all worked together to create an environment that felt polished, comfortable, and welcoming.
One of the most rewarding aspects of projects like this is watching a space evolve throughout the installation process. What begins as an empty site gradually takes shape as flooring, furnishings, lighting, and event elements come together. By the time guests arrive, the transformation is complete and the focus shifts from construction to experience.
