We strongly prefer not to break down a tent with items still beneath it to ensure those items are not damaged. If asked to do so, we will not be liable for any damage to items left under the tent during breakdown. If we are unable to remove the tent around the items underneath it, we will have to leave and charge our customer for a return trip to retrieve the tent.
To help control the tent climate, we have fans, misters, port-a-cools, and temperature-controlled heating.
A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. Please rinse food debris off plateware and flatware before return to make the cleaning process easier when it returns.
Rope and Pole tents require an additional 14 feet to stake the tent (7′ on each side) so make sure you take this into consideration when determining the area where you wish to place the tent.
A high peak tent is a rope and pole tent but it has very high peaks at the center poles to give it an elegant swooping peak that really stands out.
