    What if weather cancels my event?

    Unfortunately, planning an outdoor event is difficult due to the uncertainty of the weather, but if we deliver products, we expect payment in full. Please keep in mind that tents are temporary structures and are not to be used as storm-shelters. We recommend that every outdoor event has an evacuation plan in place prior to the event.

    What do I need to do before I receive a delivery?

    • Be prepared to answer any calls from a number you do not recognize – this will be the delivery driver.
    • Provide alternate contact information in the event that we are unable to reach you for delivery.
    • If you have animals in the event area, please make sure that all animal feces have been picked up.
    • Make sure furniture is removed from the setup location before delivery.
    • Move vehicles so the crew has easy access to event space.
    • Contact 811 to locate any underground power, utility, or water lines. The customer is responsible for locating septic systems or irrigation lines.
    • Mark desired tent location with flags or paint or any object which would identify the placement of the tent.

    What if we are missing something from our order or have a problem with the equipment?

    We want our customers to notify us by phone (770-887-6142) within 30 minutes from the time in which the issue was determined so we may rectify it as quickly as possible. If we are not quickly notified, no refund or allowance will be made. We do answer the phones on the weekends in case of emergency. If you get a voicemail on a weekend, our sales staff may have missed the call, but please leave a message so we can call you right back.

    What kind of tent walls do you have?

    We have solid walls, window walls, and clear side walls. We also have doors.

    What if I have irrigation or utilities in my yard?

    Your irrigation lines must be marked before we arrive on site. You can call 811 for a free locate service of the major utility companies. They will only mark from the main line to the meter so it is your responsibility to know where lines run on your property. Most of the time we can avoid them if we know where they are.
