How big a floor does your guest list need
Count on a third to a half of your guests being on the floor at once. Then allow a few square feet for each of them. Treat that as a rule of thumb rather than a specification. Send us your headcount and we will size it with you. A floor that runs slightly small fills up and looks busy, which is rarely a problem. One that runs too large reads empty in photographs. It also pushes the tables further out than the tent needs.
What the floor sits on
Panel floors want a flat, level base. On a paved surface that is usually already true. On grass or a slope, though, the birch dance floor rental goes down over leveled tent flooring. Lighting and layout
