    What if weather cancels my event?

    Unfortunately, planning an outdoor event is difficult due to the uncertainty of the weather, but if we deliver products, we expect payment in full. Please keep in mind that tents are temporary structures and are not to be used as storm-shelters. We recommend that every outdoor event has an evacuation plan in place prior to the event.

    Do I have to be at the delivery location to receive my delivery?

    Absolutely! Someone responsible needs to be able to receive the items upon delivery. We will go over the list with you and make sure that all items are accounted for and have you sign our paperwork agreeing you received all items.

    What is the difference between a Rope and Pole and a Frame Tent?

    Rope and Pole tents have center poles that may obstruct your view. Frame tents do not have center poles and are used frequently for wedding events that require an open view.

    Can I have a bonfire next to the tent?

    Any fire must be at least 1,000 feet away from the tent.

    What is the latest that I can make changes to my order?

    Any changes must be finalized by 12pm 5 business days before delivery to ensure our staff has time to perfect your order by updating paperwork and pulling and checking items for delivery.

    What do I need to do before I receive a delivery?

    • Be prepared to answer any calls from a number you do not recognize – this will be the delivery driver.
    • Provide alternate contact information in the event that we are unable to reach you for delivery.
    • If you have animals in the event area, please make sure that all animal feces have been picked up.
    • Make sure furniture is removed from the setup location before delivery.
    • Move vehicles so the crew has easy access to event space.
    • Contact 811 to locate any underground power, utility, or water lines. The customer is responsible for locating septic systems or irrigation lines.
    • Mark desired tent location with flags or paint or any object which would identify the placement of the tent.
