What is the difference between a Rope and Pole and a Frame Tent?

Rope and Pole tents have center poles that may obstruct your view. Frame tents do not have center poles and are used frequently for wedding events that require an open view.

What kind of lighting do you have?

We have perimeter, bistro, gobo, globug, twinkle, uplighting and christmas lighting as well as chandeliers in many styles and colors. Check out some of our lighting rental products below.

What if I have irrigation or utilities in my yard?

Your irrigation lines must be marked before we arrive on site. You can call 811 for a free locate service of the major utility companies. They will only mark from the main line to the meter so it is your responsibility to know where lines run on your property. Most of the time we can avoid them if we know where they are.

How do you secure the tents?

Depending on the surface, we stake into the ground or use concrete blocks to secure the tent. When necessary, we can even stake into asphalt – we drill a hole then patch it when we remove the tent. We always secure the tent.

How long do I keep the items I rented?

Our standard rental timeframe is approximately 3 or 4 days depending on the day of the event (delivery the business day before the event, pick up the business day after the event). We also offer long-term rental options for needs such as construction, renovation, natural disasters, etc.

What if we are missing something from our order or have a problem with the equipment?

We want our customers to notify us by phone (770-887-6142) within 30 minutes from the time in which the issue was determined so we may rectify it as quickly as possible. If we are not quickly notified, no refund or allowance will be made. We do answer the phones on the weekends in case of emergency. If you get a voicemail on a weekend, our sales staff may have missed the call, but please leave a message so we can call you right back.
