    What if I break a chair or a glass?

    We understand things happen. We prefer to receive the broken item back. If it is unsafe to return the broken item to T3 so that it can be accounted for, please take plenty of pictures to document any damage.

    Do I need a permit for my tent?

    It is best to call your local planning and zoning department to confirm, but typically private events on private property do not need them. If you are a business hosting an event on a business address then you traditionally do need a permit.

    A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. Unlike traditional frame tents, clearspan tents have no center poles or guy lines, offering a completely open interior space. They are designed to handle larger loads, longer spans, and more extreme weather conditions. Clearspan tents are commonly used for weddings, festivals, corporate events, and even temporary warehouses where strength, durability, and clear open space are essential.

    What if weather cancels my event?

    Unfortunately, planning an outdoor event is difficult due to the uncertainty of the weather, but if we deliver products, we expect payment in full. Please keep in mind that tents are temporary structures and are not to be used as storm-shelters. We recommend that every outdoor event has an evacuation plan in place prior to the event.

    How deep do the tent stakes go?

    The stakes will be between 24”-42” long depending on the size of the tent.

    Do I need to do anything to get tables and chairs ready for pickup?

    Please return items to the same location and configuration as when we dropped them off. For tables, the legs are folded and multiple tables stacked together. For chairs, please have them folded and stacked.
