  • White Bali Runners

    Description

A table runner is a narrow strip of cloth down the middle of a table, laid over a cloth or straight onto bare wood. T3 stocks White Bali runner rentals for both jobs. Because a runner covers only the center, it changes a table without a second full cloth. So it is the lightest way to add a second layer to a room.

White Bali runner rentals: how the runner sits

Bali is the pattern name and the runner is white, so it adds texture down the center of a table without adding a color. That suits a room already carrying a strong color somewhere else, in the flowers or in the chairs. A white runner over a white cloth also reads as a change in surface rather than a stripe. So it is a quieter choice than a colored runner.

Layering a runner over a cloth

Two arrangements cover most events. First, a floor-length cloth underneath with the runner down the center, which suits a seated dinner. Second, the runner alone on a bare wood table, so the top stays visible along both edges. Table lengths differ, though, so send us the tables on your floor plan. Then we confirm the runner reaches end to end before the quote goes out.

    Planning your order

Count one runner per table, then add a spare for the cake table and the gift table. Planners add those two late, so they are usually the ones nobody counted. Runners also work across a long buffet in a line rather than one per table. Tell us which of the two you are doing, because the count changes.

White Bali pairs with napkins and with the china on the same table. So tell us both, and we will flag a combination that fights before it reaches the site.

    Delivery and laundry

T3 launders and presses its linens in house. So the turnaround is ours rather than an outside plant. We deliver across Alpharetta, Metro Atlanta, and North Georgia. Linens ride on the same truck as the china, glassware, and furniture. That way the whole table arrives together.

Add White Bali runner rentals to your quote request. Then tell us your table count and your date. A member of our team calls back to confirm what we have open. You can also work through the rest of the table linen range while you are still choosing a color.

    FAQ

We strongly prefer not to break down a tent with items still beneath it to ensure those items are not damaged. If asked to do so, we will not be liable for any damage to items left under the tent during breakdown. If we are unable to remove the tent around the items underneath it, we will have to leave and charge our customer for a return trip to retrieve the tent.

Rope and Pole tents require an additional 14 feet to stake the tent (7′ on each side) so make sure you take this into consideration when determining the area where you wish to place the tent.

Not always. If we are unable to stake the tent, we will use concrete blocks to safely secure the tent.

You do not need to wash the linens after you use them. We provide at least one cloth bag for the return of the linens. After the event, please shake the linens to make sure no food debris is left in the linens and then place the linens in the provided cloth bag. If you have unused linens, please also place these in the bag because we wash everything once returned.

Our delivery includes a drop off to a location that is easily accessible from the truck since we will be carrying heavy / bulky items. Delivery to a basement or to a location that requires use of an elevator or flight of stairs will require additional charges due to additional time required to access the location.

Unfortunately, planning an outdoor event is difficult due to the uncertainty of the weather, but if we deliver products, we expect payment in full. Please keep in mind that tents are temporary structures and are not to be used as storm-shelters. We recommend that every outdoor event has an evacuation plan in place prior to the event.
