The 30-foot width is the frame tent we reach for when a site cannot take a 40. An aluminum frame carries the roof, so no center poles land in the floor. It needs less ground than a 40 and less overhead room. Our 30′ frame tent rentals run from 30×30 up to 30×140.

Lengths we carry

30×30, 30×40, 30×45, 30×50, 30×55, 30×60, 30×65, 30×70, 30×75, 30×80, 30×85, 30×90, 30×100, 30×120 and 30×140. Length grows by adding sections, so the run can grow later in planning. Width cannot. That is why the width is the decision to make first.

Where a 30-foot width wins

Narrow sites, side yards, parking-lot strips, and anywhere a 40-foot span will not fit between two fixed obstacles. A 30-foot tent also suits a long, linear use better than a square one. Buffet lines, registration runs, vendor rows and crew catering all want length rather than depth. Choose the 40-foot width instead when round tables and a dance floor have to share one roof. A 30-foot span gets tight once the tables go in.

Film and production use

These tents do a lot of work on Georgia sets. A 30-foot run handles crew dining, holding, wardrobe and equipment cover. The pole-free floor means tables and racks land where the production wants them. Power and HVAC tie in alongside. That is how a base camp comes together as one system rather than a pile of separate rentals.

Install requirements

Frame tents install on grass, asphalt or concrete. Stakes go into soil, and weighted ballast holds the frame on hard surfaces. Either way we need a few feet of clear perimeter beyond the footprint, plus a route to walk sections in. Flag low branches and overhead lines when you book, since those decide where the run can sit.
