  • Napa All Purpose Wine Glass

    Description

The Napa is a 10-ounce all-purpose wine glass, and all-purpose is the useful part. One bowl serves red, white or water. So the cover needs one glass instead of three. A Napa wine glass rental ships in racks of 25.

Why one glass instead of three

A formal cover with separate red, white and water glasses looks the way it looks. It also takes three times the table space and three times the polishing. Then it takes three times the count at the end of the night. An all-purpose glass collapses that into one. At 10 ounces the bowl holds a standard pour in its lower half. That leaves room to swirl a red, and it keeps a white out of the warmth of a hand.

    Ordering in racks

The rack of 25 is both the delivery unit and the return unit. So order in multiples of 25, and count glasses back into the rack as they come off the tables. That sounds administrative until the morning after. The rack is the quickest way to know whether anything broke. Racks also stack, which matters when a bar has no back counter to speak of.

How many glasses for the event

Plan on more glasses than guests. People set a glass down, lose it, and take a fresh one. A bar with wine service plus a dinner pour will go through two or three per person over an evening. Treat that as a rule of thumb. Tell us the guest count, the hours, and whether a cocktail hour runs before dinner. A Napa wine glass rental is cheap next to a bar that runs dry of glassware at nine.

    What it pairs with

Champagne flutes for the toast, and water glasses if you want a second glass on the table. China and flatware travel on the same delivery, so the setup lands together.

    FAQ

You are welcome to hang your own lights, but it is your responsibility to remove all items that do not belong to T3 from the tent before the scheduled pickup date/time. It’s also your responsibility for any damage to the tent while hanging/removing your items. If we arrive and items are still attached to the tent, we will have to leave and charge for a return trip to retrieve the tent once the hanging items are removed.

Your irrigation lines must be marked before we arrive on site. You can call 811 for a free locate service of the major utility companies. They will only mark from the main line to the meter so it is your responsibility to know where lines run on your property. Most of the time we can avoid them if we know where they are.

Depending on the surface, we stake into the ground or use concrete blocks to secure the tent. When necessary, we can even stake into asphalt – we drill a hole then patch it when we remove the tent. We always secure the tent.

Our standard rental timeframe is approximately 3 or 4 days depending on the day of the event (delivery the business day before the event, pick up the business day after the event). We also offer long-term rental options for needs such as construction, renovation, natural disasters, etc.

We use a calculator that helps us to factor in miles driven, number of people in the truck and miles per gallon of gasoline. Our standard delivery fees cover a weekday delivery and pickup during normal delivery hours of 7am-3:30pm. We charge additional fees for deliveries outside of our delivery hours or when the crew must work longer than 8 hours and require overtime pay. Weekend deliveries or pickups also incur additional charges.
