A clearspan tent is a heavy-duty, engineered structure built with an aluminum frame and modular design. We understand things happen. We prefer to receive the broken item back. If it is unsafe to return the broken item to T3 so that it can be accounted for, please take plenty of pictures to document any damage.

Larger items and items that need tools to install do include setup and breakdown. This includes tents and tent accessories (lighting, drapery, etc.) and staging and flooring. The set up and break down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the customer unless previously arranged for an additional charge.
