    Do I need a permit for my tent?

    It is best to call your local planning and zoning department to confirm, but typically private events on private property do not need them. If you are a business hosting an event on a business address then you traditionally do need a permit.

    Renting a clearspan tent offers several key advantages:

    Unobstructed Interior Space: No center poles or support cables inside, giving you full flexibility for layouts.

    Will you set up tables and chairs?

    We typically do not, but we are happy to do this for you. You may request setup and breakdown of tables and chairs in advance during the reservation process. An additional charge will be necessary for this service.

    What if I wait until the week of my event to see if I need a tent due to the weather forecast?

    We always try to accommodate last-minute requests, but during peak times this may be not possible. Reserving your tent in advance ensures that both inventory and delivery slots are set aside for you.

    Do I have to be at the delivery location to receive my delivery?

    Absolutely! Someone responsible needs to be able to receive the items upon delivery. We will go over the list with you and make sure that all items are accounted for and have you sign our paperwork agreeing you received all items.

    What if I have irrigation or utilities in my yard?

    Your irrigation lines must be marked before we arrive on site. You can call 811 for a free locate service of the major utility companies. They will only mark from the main line to the meter so it is your responsibility to know where lines run on your property. Most of the time we can avoid them if we know where they are.
